FAQ
Q: Do I have to be fit to join the gym?
A: Not at all, you join to become fit. You join to become the best version of yourself.
Q: I have an injury, can you accommodate for this?
A: Yes of course. Our classes are capped at 10 people, so coaches have plenty of opportunity to help you find an option that suits.
Q: Why small group training?
A: We place great importance on helping you to get the most out of your training. You’ve made an effort to get to the gym, so we want to help you get results. Smaller classes allow our coaches to provide individual guidance and encourage and ensure your safety. Think of our classes as more like a group PT session.

Q: I don’t want to look like the hulk. Will strength training make me bulky?
A: Strength training isn’t just for people who want to bulk up. Most people who do regular strength and resistance training with us will notice other benefits like improved general fitness, better endurance, and enhanced body tone.

Q: Am I too old for this?
A: Absolutely not! As we age, resistance training becomes even more important to maintain mobility and prevent the development of osteoarthritis.
